Certified vs. Non-Certified Metal Buildings: What the Engineering Stamp Means
By Marcus Bell · Structural Specialist
A certified metal building comes with stamped engineered drawings rating it for your local wind and snow loads. Most permit offices require certification, and it's what makes your building insurable and financeable.
Non-certified units cost less and are fine for unpermitted rural sites, but check with your county first. AM Static can deliver either — and we handle the engineering paperwork for you.
