We deliver and install across the 48 contiguous states. Free installation is included on most orders when your site is level and accessible.
What's the difference between certified and non-certified?
A certified building comes with stamped engineered drawings rated for your local wind and snow loads, which most permit offices require. We can provide either and handle the paperwork.
How long does delivery take?
Standard lead times run 4–8 weeks depending on your region, size, and certification. We confirm your exact date after the order.
Do you offer financing or rent-to-own?
Yes. We offer rent-to-own with no credit check on many units, plus financing options for larger commercial buildings.
What kind of site do I need?
Gravel, concrete, or asphalt pads all work. The site should be level within 3–4 inches and accessible for our delivery truck.
Can I customize doors, windows, and colors?
Absolutely. Choose roll-up and walk-through doors, windows, panel colors, trim colors, insulation, and lean-tos to build exactly what you need.
