How-To
Site Prep 101: Getting Your Pad Ready Before Installation Day
By Dana Ruiz · Lead Building Consultant
The single biggest factor in a smooth installation is site prep. Before install day, make sure your pad is level within 3–4 inches, clear of obstructions, and accessible to our delivery truck.
Key preparation points include: - Gravel, concrete, and asphalt pads are all fine. - Mark any underground utilities. - Leave 10–15 feet of clearance around the footprint.
Our team confirms the details during your pre-install call.
